The Museum of Flight Party
The Northwest Lions Foundation for Sight & Hearing provides financial support to vision- and hearing-related improvements in Northwest communities.
The Lynnwood Library used a recent grant to puchase a closed caption television system that magnifies print up to 50 times normal size.
The children in the photo are touring the Museum of Flight as part of a children’s workshop presented as part of the International Hearing Loss Association Convention held in Seattle.
Many are wearing assistive listening devices purchased with a Lions Project Support Grant. Last year the Northwest Lions Foundation gave more than $162,000 in Lions Project Support Grants.
