Sight Restoration
The Northwest Lions Foundation's major sight restoration program is SightLife™. One of the world's leading eye banks, SightLife has provided more than 33,000 corneas for vision-restoring transplants since 1969. Thanks to the generosity of organ donors in Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana, and Alaska, patients across North America and in an additional 27 countries around the world have received the gift of sight.
In addition to our work with SightLife, the Foundation also provides grants for sight care through partnerships with local Lions Clubs in the Pacific Northwest for our Patient Care Grants and our Project Support Grants.
